The Nordic Harness can attach to any cable machine or resistance band, then, after fitting the harness around the shoulders, assisted Nordic Curls can be performed.
By using a cable machine and Nordic Harness , you’re able to effectively deload this exercise, meaning you can train through full range of motion and perform multiple reps, whilst taking the pressure off your hamstrings and knees.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
Shipping costs will apply, and will be calculated at checkout based on your order weight and your delivery location.
How long will shipping take?
All worldwide orders are shipped with FedEx which takes 3 - 14 business days to arrive after your order has been fulfilled.
All Australian orders are shipped with Aramex which takes 1 - 10 business days to arrive after your order has been fulfilled.
Delivery details and a tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email, which will be sent to you after your order has been processed.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange, return or refund if the item is faulty or was damaged during transit.
Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or if you purchased the incorrect product.
