OUR STORY
THE GARAGE DAYS...
We started the business back in 2020 out of our garage on the Gold Coast, Australia, when the world was in lockdown and in desperate need of home gym equipment.
With a background in engineering and strength & conditioning, it turned out that Mick was pretty epic at designing & creating home gyms and the business began to grow.
OUR STORY
THE BIRTH OF THE TIB BAR
By December 2020, Mick had designed & launched the world's first Tib Bars & Nordic Bars.
These were innovated by Mick to help athletes & coaches to carry out the increasingly popular exercises of tibialis raises & nordic hamstring curls.
Little did we know then how much these two pieces of equipment were about to change the world of strength & conditioning...
OUR STORY
THE EXPLOSION
Our new creations were getting ordered from all around the world and we couldn't believe how many professionals and elite athletes were loving them, including teams in the NRL, NFL, NBL, UFC, NBA & the Olympics.
We even got a couple of mentions on the Joe Rogan podcast!
It was time to get a few extra pairs of hands and move into a warehouse...
OUR STORY
THEN CAME SINGLE LEG TIB TRAINING!
After months of prototyping, testing and engineering, in September 2021, Mick designed and launched the world’s first single leg tib bar: THE ISOTIB®.
Being able to train each leg individually with the ISOTIB® was a huge breakthrough for strength & conditioning, rehab & recovery.
It allowed for the muscles of the ankle & leg to be ISOLATED and unilaterally strengthened, offering the ability to remove imbalances & strengthen any weak areas or deficits.
The ISOTIB® also allowed for so much more than just tib raises, unlocking leg extensions, inversion, eversion & rotational exercises, targeting multiple new muscles & ligaments in the ankle, shin and knee.
But Mick couldn’t stop there...

THE ISOTIB-LT WAS BORN
Constantly striving to perfect HGG products, Mick knew the ISOTIB could be even better.
He wanted something that was more lightweight, portable, adjustable, comfortable, quicker & easier to get on and off and most importantly something that could deliver a complete lower body workout safely with just ONE tool... The ISOTIB-LT was born!
The ISOTIB-LT is now our best selling product & loved by professional athletes, coaches, teams, practitioners, doctors and the military worldwide.
We receive countless incredible recovery and rehab stories from our amazing community and we are honestly blown away by the impact that the ISOTIB-LT has had in such a short space of time.

FAST FORWARD TO TODAY
Our journey has not been without its share of challenges though... We've had border closures, warehouse fires, worldwide copycats, floods, pandemics, huge supply chain delays & a newborn baby all thrown in the mix.
Despite the ups and downs, we’re still operating out of our Gold Coast HQ alongside our amazing team of 6 and we have a product range that we can honestly say we designed from scratch and that is something we’re so proud of.
We still pinch ourselves on the daily when we think about the pro athletes & coaches that use our gear worldwide, plus the 20,000+ customers that we are so grateful for - we wouldn't be here without your support.
